Choices available regarding use, collection and distribution of information.Account holders can contact usedcommercials.com if they wish for some of their details not to be held. Although we feel we do not hold any information which we do not require, and if an account holder chooses to limit the supply of information it may reduce the chance of sales. Most of the contact details etc. we collect is shown in the adverts offering second hand commercials for sale in UK and Ireland, therefore we would advise not to limit this information.

Delivery Policy
When advertising second hand commercials for sale, all adverts placed in a sellers account become live to potential buyers immediately. If an account holder logs into the ‘sellers account’ they will be able to view all second hand commercials for sale with currently active adverts. A seller will see adverts in this section immediately after being uploaded. A seller will also receive an email explaining that the advert was successfully uploaded.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
When advertising second hand commercials for sale, all transactions and orders placed to usedcommercials.com are non refundable. All subscriptions last for a period of 31 days. If a seller sells a second hand vehicle before this period, they are not entitled for a refund for the remaining days. If the seller has another second hand commercial vehicle for sale they can replace the existing advert with a new one, but will not be refunded.
